Motion Picture Proposal The Proud Breed This touching picture tells the history of California in the late 1800’s. In a tale reflecting the power of Gone With the Wind, Celeste De Blasis, a writer, generations ahead of her time, wrote the original novel. The story is based on factual history, emotional struggles and the discovery of a strong love. A Spanish musical score, to be composed, will accompany this motion picture.

based on the Bertolt Brecht play, as translated by Carl Mueller, a noted Brechtian expert, this motion picture will include the composition of new songs enhanced with a beautiful new arrangement of a Hans Isler musical score.
